By accessing or using our Site, requesting a quote, or applying for our Free Feasibility Studies & Sample Testing services, you (the “User,” “Client,” or “Visitor”) agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, please do not access or use this Site.

1. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated, all content, visual design architecture, software code, deep learning convolutional neural network (CNN) documentation, graphics, text, images, videos, and product names (including but not limited to XX AI Vision, AI Double-Disc Optical Sorting Machine, etc.) displayed on this Site are the exclusive intellectual property of Hangzhou Xunxiao Automation Technology Co., Ltd. or its licensors.

  • You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to browse the Site and download available product brochures or technical specification tables solely for internal corporate procurement evaluation.
  • You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any equipment images, technical parameters, or website layouts for competitive commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

2. Free Feasibility Studies & Sample Testing Globally

We provide a specialized complimentary technical evaluation service (“Free Feasibility Studies & Sample Testing”) to global manufacturing buyers. By submitting materials or testing requests, you acknowledge and agree to the following conditions:

  • Sample Delivery & Customs: The Client is solely responsible for shipping fees, customs duties, and safe packaging of testing samples (e.g., silicone components, precision metal fasteners, pharmaceutical tablets) sent to our automated manufacturing facility in Hangzhou, China.
  • Testing Evaluation: We provide high-fidelity testing feedback and data based on our AI vision pipelines. However, the testing reports are for professional feasibility reference only and do not constitute a formal automated legal warranty.
  • Sample Disposal: Unless explicitly agreed upon in writing prior to delivery, we reserve the right to dispose of tested samples after the evaluation is complete.

3. User Conduct & Accuracy of Information

When interacting with our contact forms, Request for Quote (RFQ) modules, or customer support channels:

  • You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete corporate information (such as your legitimate company name, job title, and official corporate email).
  • You are strictly prohibited from transmitting any malicious software, viruses, or code designed to disrupt the performance, speed, or security of our WordPress-driven infrastructure.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its contents are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis for general informational procurement purposes only. While we back our solutions with an elite cohort of 180+ vision architects, we make no express or implied warranties that the Site will be completely uninterrupted, error-free, or free of technical latency. Final technical specifications and performance guarantees for any AI sorting or vision machinery are exclusively governed by formal bilateral commercial sales contracts.
